Figure 2: About PPSRC pages have the main menu on the top and a sub-topic menu on the left.

Similarly....

Figure 3: Research pages have the main menu on the top and sub-topics menu on the left. In addition, there is a topics navigation under each research topic. Clicking on Research Main returns the user to Research main page. Clicking on the left/right links takes the user to topics in order of the sub-topic menu.
